This agreement is a legal contract between you and Hongxing VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Please review the terms carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. The intellectual property rights of the App are lawfully held by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken system protection and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by those partners respective terms of service.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or carrier outages. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees incurred outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If service access fails due to battery depletion, disabled permissions, or third-party network issues, it is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the lawful right to terminate App services; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: software licenses, digital services, and subscription benefits are generally final once delivered, and refund requests without a qualifying reason will not be accepted.

Customer Support: if you experience installation, login, connection, or subscription issues, contact our support team and we will help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: rare technical issues may affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to fix them or provide alternatives, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: no refund will be provided if an account, license, or digital benefit has been shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: we reserve the lawful right to update this refund policy, and updates take effect after publication on the website.
