When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, crash logs, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate region information. This data is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Hongxing VPN's node distribution; 2. identify regional network issues through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account reminders. Sensitive data retention follows the limits in this policy.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance diagnostics, and feature improvements. We do not share personal information except when: 1. required by legal process or regulation; 2. necessary to protect user safety or investigate fraud; 3. working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App through your device standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover mistakenly collected child data, we will delete it as soon as possible. Guardians may contact us through the same email.
